Refill Instructions
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?

Once we receive your order form, we will manually prepare and send an Order Details email.  You may receive this email within one to six hours of your order being placed, based on time of order and how busy we may be at the time.  If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, check your spam folder, and then contact us.

Please make sure you confirm our Order Details email by replying to it.  This ensures that we know our email made it through to you and that you acknowledge we have your order correct.

After we receive your reply to our email, we then process your order and prepare it for mailing.  Once it is in the mail, we send you a Shipment Confirmation email.  Although postal delivery standards is not an exact science, we send you a Follow Up email a day before we estimate your order might arrive.
WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?

Your credit card is not charged until after you confirm (reply to) our Order Details email and we start to process your order.  This means that if you do not confirm our Order Details email, then your credit card will never be charged as your order would be cancelled.
WHY IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGE DIFFERENT ON MY STATEMENT?

If you are a US customer, the amount charged and shown on your credit card statement will be different than our prices (website, invoice, emails) as we charge in Canadian funds and your credit card company converts this amount to US funds.  Please refer to your Order Details email.
WHY WAS I NOT DIRECTED TO THE PAYPAL SITE?

If you select PayPal as your payment option, when you click the "submit order form" button, you will NOT be automatically directed to their site.

When you submit the order form, this sends your information to us.  We then manually prepare a PayPal Invoice and email this to you.  You may receive your PayPal Invoice within one to six hours of your order being placed, based on time of order and how busy we may be at the time.
DO YOU OFFER ENGRAVING SERVICES?

Our brass and nickel products can be engraved and we recommend you use a qualified and experienced engraver.  Keep in mind the size of the product you wish to engrave, i.e. the area available for engraving.

We do not have the equipment required or the experience to offer these services.
WHAT IS A HEADSTAMP?

The headstamp is the writing on the end of a cartridge case or shotgun shell hull.  It usually has both the caliber and the name of the manufacturer.  On this pair of cufflinks, the caliber is 44 Remington Magnum and the manufacturer is WW Super (Winchester Western).
WHERE IS THE PRIMER?

We always say that the colour of the primer can vary; either brass, nickel or copper coloured.  It is in the center of the cartridge case head or shotgun shell head, the writing of the headstamp is around it.  On this pair of cufflinks, where you see the nickel center, that is the (fired) primer.
WEARING/CARRYING BULLET PRODUCTS

Please use common sense when carrying products that look like ammunition to any location where your possessions may be scrutinized (i.e. airports, government buildings, schools, any sensitive locations, etc)

The pictures used on our site are for illustration purposes only, and although we strive to produce them as close to the pictures as possible, due to availability of supplies, and that they are each individually handmade, the product you receive may not be exactly as shown in the pictures.

If you have lost your Bullet Pen Refill Instructions, just send us an email asking for an electronic copy. Please be sure to include the name, address and date of your purchase.
