CREDIT CARD CHARGE IS DIFFERENT ON MY STATEMENT
The amount charged and shown on your credit card statement will be different than our prices (website, invoice, emails) as we charge in Canadian funds and your credit card company converts this amount to US funds. Please refer to your Order Details email. |
WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED?
Your credit card is not charged until after you confirm (reply to) our Order Details email and we start to process your order. This means that if you do not confirm our Order Details email, then your credit card will never be charged. |
ENGRAVING SERVICES
Our brass and nickel products can be engraved and we recommend you use a qualified and experienced engraver. Keep in mind the size of the product you wish to engrave, i.e. the area available for engraving.
We do not have the equipment required or the experience to offer these services. |

The pictures used on our site are for illustration purposes only, and although we strive to produce them as close to the pictures as possible, due to availability of supplies, and that they are each individually handmade, the product you receive may not be exactly as shown in the pictures. |
