In other words, if for any reason your pen fails you under normal use, we will be more than happy to send you a free replacement pen. |
| You may have to return your pen to us pre-paid with proof of purchase. If you are unable to provide a copy of your original bill of sale, if you provide us with your order details and the date you purchased your Authentic Bullet Pen, we will be more than happy to check our records. |
| Normal use is not easy to define, but as simply as we can put it, not showing excessive abuse. Excessive abuse may be something like dropping your pen into a food processor or a tree limb chipper! We will be reasonable. |
