Our Military Memorial Keepsake Urn is custom handmade starting with an authentic fired 50 cal Browning Machine Gun (BMG) brass case rifle case. Although shipped with a high hand polish, once filled, we suggest completely coating brass models with a sealant to prevent oxidation and to reduce the need for polishing.
There is no powder or live primers.
These cases have been modified (shortened) and can no longer be remanufactured for use in the firearm they were originally designed for.
As our keepsake urns are individually hand crafted, each one is unique and subtly different in design and dimension. Approximate specifications are:

The Military model is designed for one time use only, filled and sealed. They have no attachments to remove the cap. Once filled and the cap is pushed in as far as it will go, they are virtually and permanently sealed. These are intended for display, i.e. on a mantle.
