Individual handcrafted pair of earrings made using clean fired .22 Magnum brass cases which have been modified, new bullets, African Turquoise or B.C. Jade beads and authentic peacock eye feathers, attached to a fishhook ear wire by a swivel.
The fishhook ear wires are 22 gauge with 3mm loop and plated brass bead and coil. Made from surgical stainless steel ear wire (8% nickel).
There is no powder or live primers. |
We give each peacock feather a basic trim, however, you can easily trim them to suit your preference.
As our earrings are individually handcrafted, each peacock feather varies and are hand trimmed, each pair is unique and slightly different. Approximate specs for each earring are:

¹ African Turquoise is not true turquoise, but actually a jasper found in Africa, it has a matrix structure similar to that of turquoise, and is a light bluish-green. Each bead is also unique and will vary from one to another, see example.
² There are different grades of Jade, this B.C. Jade is most likely an enhanced stone from elsewhere. Without extensive testing, it is difficult to tell the difference between all the stones
